If you are interested in learning how to become a better leader in a work environment and don't yet have your Myers-Briggs 4 letter personality type, this is the package for you.

You will take two tests; the MBTI Step I (Form M) and the FIRO-B.  First, take the MBTI Step I (Form M) test.  After you have finished, click "take assessment" and proceed to the FIRO-B test.  When you have completed the FIRO-B, click on the "log out" button.  Your two reports, the Myers-Briggs Interpretive Report and the FIRO-B Leadership Report will be generated from the results of the two tests.
